Yoga can HELP the healing process of Cancer. Quoted in this Boulder Daily Camera Article, Shannon speaks from her experience and personal battle with cancer, recovery, and finding her body on a yoga mat.

Shannon loves to support the road racing, mountain biking and running community of Boulder with yoga, wellness, and mindfulness. An ex-racer herself, she understands the pressures both physically and emotionally on those who push themselves to pedal and pound the earth. Yoga makes a clear difference in the full participation one can apply to his or her life on and off the bike. Full participation offers a greater sense of connectedness, calm, and ability to make split second decisions. One of her favorite clients is Mara Abbott, an elite road racer, read here, Mara’s article, printed in Cycling News about her philosophy of cycling, achieving and reflecting.
